Simply spray a miniscule amount onto the skin before wrapping and taping to keep tape in place, longer. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Hold spray at least 4 inches away from skin and spray the desired area with sweeping motion.DANGER: product is extremely flammable. DO NOT spray too much onto skin. Do not swallow or ingest in any way.
