At Beactiv, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancelling an Order

  • Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at [insert email/phone] with your order details.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return (see our Returns Policy).

2. Change of Mind

  • Beactiv is not legally required to accept cancellations or returns for change of mind under New Zealand law.
  • However, at our discretion, we may accept a cancellation or return if the product is unopened and in original condition.
  • If accepted, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • In line with the Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty.
  • Beactiv will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable except where the item is faulty or incorrect.
