If you would like to return a product you must let us know within (3) days of receipt of goods.
We need the goods sent back within 14 days of letting us know.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

Typically, we do not give refunds if you have had a change of mind or made the wrong selection. However, a refund can be given if the goods are faulty, wrongly described or unfit for advertised purpose. All faults and discrepancies must be reported to us at support@beactiv.co.nz within 3 working days of receipt of product and returned within 3 working days to rectify the matter. Anything reported after this time will be dealt with at the discretion of the company. In the case that an error has been made regarding your order, we will provide you with a return address and pay for the correct item to be resent. If you have made a mistake regarding the item you have ordered return postage must be paid by the buyer. All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged and in re-saleable condition using your own courier/postal service. Registered Post is advised to ensure the items are signed for on delivery. Please note some items such as formthotics cannot be returned except in the case of product fault.
