Helps you improve your posture and strengthen your back & core muscles
The Posture Medic is a posture reminding resistance band that helps you stretch, strengthen and stabilise your back. We've developed a 6-week program to guide you towards better posture. You will learn how to stretch those tight muscles in your chest, neck and back. This increases your range of motion by loosening tight muscles, thus allowing you to straighten your back. Our strengthening exercises specifically target the muscles in your neck and back that help you maintain proper posture. These back and neck muscles are often overlooked when working out and are underutilized due to our poor posture.
Available in two resistances- original and plus.
At My Care Shop we make an effort to make sure all of our orders are sent out the same day as ordering (excluding weekends) Once shipped, our orders usually take 1-3 business days to arrive. We will ship to anywhere in New Zealand, and keep you updated on all tracking information.
Standard Freight cost is $7.50 with any large and bulky items being charged based on the cubic volume and region of the country they are being shipped to.
